I can’t say enough good things. Before I even arrived at the shoot I was encouraged to think of my goal, mood, styling, hair, makeup. I was encouraged to share a Pinterest mood board. I was given tips on where to park, Micah met me outside to escort me to the breathtaking studio where they had already thought about lighting and background based on my mood board, goals, and outfit choices. I felt so comfortable, welcome, and at ease. Rather than being overly posed and positioned I was given general placement/focal point cues but most of my looks and reactions came through conversation. Micah is absolutely marvelous!!! I just saw my photos and they are breathtaking!!! I can't believe how beautiful he made me look! This was my first photo shoot, and I was quite nervous. Micah was so kind, considerate, and conscientious throughout the entire process. He created a Pinterest board for us to collaborate on and ensured my vision became a reality. It did. The entire experience was positive, comfortable, and professional.
During the shoot, he asked me to tell him about the last time I laughed hard. Later on, he brought it up with a few key words, and captured my natural laughter. Beautiful. Micah was constantly thinking and adjusting his camera to create the perfect shot, AND he was completely present the whole time. He had such great ideas about styling, placement, mood, lighting, creative shots and the overall look. Micah is extremely skilled and talented. He covered every detail effortlessly.
